LbNA map question

Just wondering...some of the counties on the LbNA map are green and
some are not. I'm assuming a county has to have a certain number of
boxes to be green. Am I right and if so, how many?

Not sure if it's still this way, but this came up on the Southeast
board more than a year ago. At that time the maps were pictures that
had to be updated by hand. Probably still are...

Therefore the counties don't necessarily get colored in at a certain
box number. It's more when someone gets a chance to do it. The maps
probably are not a reliable indicator of whether a county has boxes in
it or not.
